the one pictured prob around 3500+ (its an S-works)

the SL2 Tarmac could be had for around 1200-1600 depending on components. SL2 was around 2008-2010, they're up to SL4's now, big money though. (SL4 S-Works = upwards of 7-8g's!)

I'm actually looking for a SL2 frame/Fork in my size so I can piece something together.

I like cervelos too!, main reason I'd get a Specialized is 1) I already have a 2010 Spesh Stumpjumper mountain bike. 2) My local LBS is a specialized only store and awesome!. (where I got my mtb). oh and free maintenance for life on any bike purchased there. Rock&Road cyclery

Well there a specialized Demo store, so apparently specialized controls what they sell. So its mainly all Specialized, with a small amount of Cervelos. In mountain, they got Specialized, and Niners(a 29'' only sister company)

Blarg, everyone has a mountain bike. I tried to like it, but I dunno. I went to Fullerton Loop once, and ate it. Hard. Never again.

Huh, I did not know that. Good stuff, I guess. Besides, there's a Cervelo reseller in Seal Beach, so I got that part covered. I wonder if Rock & Road has that McLaren Specialized bike...

Its weird, Fullerton loop is known for taking people out even though its a fairly easy ride. Me and a few buddies bought bikes at the same time, and have been riding regularly, its a really great place to ride around here. Santiago oaks is 5 min away and very technical, Chino hills is long drawn out fireroads and fun, also 5 minutes away, then you got the loop. Aliso Viejo is also great. But yeah, its good to have a road bike to just get on and ride, solo or in a pack.

lol audi is pretty bad as well. they have text only DIYs that don't use any standard language. and they have like 20 DIYs on the same thing, i think like after 5, that's enough. if you're going to make another one, at least have pictures and make it idiot-proof

lol i get lazy when there's no DIY though. forces me to think, plus when i'm given the chance to improvise, my tools get hurt because i try to make new tools or cut down tools to make it work lol

Hmm, well I'll give it a shot again. Someday. But right now I'm pretty happy with my converted road bike.

It's so...lumpy. Plus, it's nigh on impossible to have that on the car and then not mod the rest of the body panels to be more aggressive. It's a "show" bumper, if you will.
