the SL2 Tarmac could be had for around 1200-1600 depending on components. SL2 was around 2008-2010, they're up to SL4's now, big money though. (SL4 S-Works = upwards of 7-8g's!)

Its weird, Fullerton loop is known for taking people out even though its a fairly easy ride. Me and a few buddies bought bikes at the same time, and have been riding regularly, its a really great place to ride around here. Santiago oaks is 5 min away and very technical, Chino hills is long drawn out fireroads and fun, also 5 minutes away, then you got the loop. Aliso Viejo is also great. But yeah, its good to have a road bike to just get on and ride, solo or in a pack.
