Set the tone from the get go. Say hello and then hit THEM with a question. Ask them if they can recall a time that they had to deal with a conflict resolution, what they did, and how they felt about the outcome. Either that or where they see themselves in say five years.

BMA in burbank carries both but that's not near ontario...They do ship however. if you order over 150$ i think it's free shipping? bulk order? May as well get OEM filters as well
