You know what I realized Chad, just get out and do the things you love.

Like I said before, I've been in a funk for the past few weeks, im finally getting out of it. Just getting out, riding my bike, going for drives, helped a lot. But that's just what helps me! Also exercise helps!

I know why I haven't been sleeping at night, with all the personal stuff going on in my life and trying to start a new chapter, but also one of my employee's lost her son on Sunday night. It has just been a lot of emotional stuff going on.

I drive my car, work out and try to relieve stress on a daily basis, but sometimes it becomes overwhelming.

He was born with a heart condition. They told her to prepare to leave the hospital without him. She was determined to find a doctor to operate and did. No surgery had ever been done like this on an infant, only adults. He has been in tons of medical journals, lived 25 years... He has had some issues over the last 2 months, Sunday he told her something was wrong, when they got to the hospital he had a heart attack and passed.

So very sad to hear. but hey they got 25 years together. I'm sure they cherished every moment. Still very sad.

Our emotions can definitly become overwhelming. Especially with everything you have going on. You're a good person and will get through this. Sometimes **** luck and life likes to fvck with us. Stay strong, remember everything that is good in life, dont be affraid to lean on those care about you, and it will pass. Here for you man, what ever you need let me know.

Yeah, I am sure she has cherished every moment, knowing each day could have been his last. He really defied the odds and was fortunate enough to lead a somewhat normal life...

I wanted to drive to tiff's late on sunday just to hug my boys... very difficult

Thanks man, I appreciate it. It doesn't make things easier when I get "i miss my husband" texts.... but I have heard it before. Just difficult.

Yeah no doubt going to be extra hard since you are tied for life by the boys. This is one of of those "going to get worse, before it gets better" situations. Hopefully you're almost past the bad and getting closer to good. It's very normal to feel torn right now, I'm sure every bit of you aches at times to go back but at the same time you think what is best and healthiest for you and the boys. Truly a hard situation but life does move on in one way or another. I'm sure you've made it very clear what your requirements are in a spouse. The right person will reveal themselves when the time comes who knows who that will be (wink wink hint hint). I think your best bet is to keep yourself occupied and focused on other things.

Man, just to put a quantifier on my shitty month (not trying in anyway to compare to Chad's) but I just woke up at 8:15, when my class starts at 8, and I have a 20-30 minute drive.
Here is the kicker, I had a test/quiz today!

Luckily I made it within 15 minutes of the class ending. I asked the teacher if i could take it and luckily he said yes. Thankfully it was a short, 20 question test! I just went through it as quick as I could. Hopefully I didn't do too bad.
