LOL, people should just give up this BMW charade. It's a fun car and all, make no mistake, but it was engineered, tested, and manufactured during happy hour.

and the new owner wants to sell the house asap of course
so he offered one month free rent and $2900 cash on top for moving/inconvenience if we move out in 30 days
by law we have 90 days before we have to move out because we are bona fide tenants with a valid lease
but if the owner is willing to throw cash our way then it can be worth it to move out sooner

however now he says he won't sign anything
so f that

I miss the engine. And the wheels, which weren't even OEM. The rest of the car can fall off a cliff, just like Grant said.
