I like both, but T-street is a zoo... I have a friend that lives up in the hills. He has a couple neighbors selling around 400k for a decent size place, 3 bdrm, probably 1600-1700 sqft.... they don't have much for yards though, probably about the same as your place.

Speaking of which I think im going to work on getting the Microsoft Business Intelegence Certification. Anyone here have any expeirence with it or any of there certificates? This will be my first.
