I really like wordpress free open source with a huge building community lots of free templates and some forsale also. Very clean and profressional out of the box. Also very customizable. very easy to use and update. lots of intergration with traffic trackers, mobile, and social media. lots of plugins also available.

Hey guys, my friend just started doing vinyl (as well as clear bra). He did my other friends 1m yesterday and has an extra sheet of 3m dinoc CF for a roof. If you guys want to get a vinyl CF roof, LMK he'll do it for $150!!!!!!!

Ate at el rocoto a peruvian place in gardena
Went back to la to drop off friends
Drove out to yorba linda
Chillin and waiting to grill up some steaks
It's nice to have a chill saturday

woke up, ate a bagel
cleaned the master bedroom
vacuumed the upstairs
mowed and edged the lawn
power washed the walkway
washed the KIA with the foam gun
did 6 loads of laundry
now making chicken & apple sausages
who knows what i'll do next.

need to get a new sprinkler timer, my fancy one with the LCD screen just lost the lcd screen functionality
