one of the owners of where i work has 5 grills all almost the same but each slightly different and specialized. he traded in an old gas grill at a bbq place for store credit and got a bunch of weber "kettles" hes got one for rotisseire, party grilling, slow grilling, pizzas, smoker, and a japanese thing called the green egg. oh and he has a small personal one too. he has like 300 pounds of charcol.
