The no food/water part isn't so bad, but nights are short this time of year so the lack of sleep is tough.

the nation of starving millions has set olympic and world records and earned 3 gold medals in weightlifting so far

Breakfast is after sunset (8:15pm today), lunch after getting back from nightly congregation (around midnight) but I usually don't bother with lunch anyway, dinner is before astronomical twilight (finish by 4:30am today).
