I registered on time, but unfortunately I don't have enough percentage to be receiving money. I mean I did do good last semester with only one C and rest A and B but ehh I'm going to try and petition this nonsense. I need the extra chedder for my books.

I got what I thought was a fix-it ticket couple weeks ago picking up my girl in Tustin. Turns out, douchebag cop made it non-correctable. So they really dont care if I correct the offense, they just want my $$$.. $207.

I do have a plate up front and it does reflect the same numbers as my cali plate, but its euro. ughhh. saw 25+ cars go by with no plates as im getting my ticket.

end rant.

Darkside, although the ticket is non-correctable, you think its even worth a shot to order a new set of plates (lost my old front) get it signed by an officer I know, and cry to the judge!? lol

$207

hmmm, no much worse and much more expensive.....carpool lane violation, registration just expired, insurance card just expired (although renewed), he also could have got me for tint, no front plate and no muffler.

but he saw my military id when i pulled my DL and I was very respectful to him... He went back and started to write the ticket for carpool and registration. he said "devil dog, I am hooking you up today. You are getting this fix it ticket for the registration and I am not going to give you a ticket for all the other stuff, just get it taken care of and have a good day" , lined out the carpool .... he was obliviously a prior marine as well.......

same thing happened to me. go and get it signed off, then take it to court and tell the judge this should have been a correctable violation and you have proof you took care of it, and he'll drop the charges. the cop really just wanted to make the process difficult for you.

its stupid because when i went before a judge to fight my ticket (i received a non-correctable for tint and front plate violation) he laughed and told me the cop was probably having a bad day...

lol... I guess it depends on the cop. Mr midget was driving to my house and got pulled over on the fwy for no front, back plates and tint but the cops let him go with a warning to get it fix. that was a nice cop. lol

I'd actually fight it in court dood. Lots of times, the judge will make it correctable. Go up, tell them you're not fighting it, you were just hoping to make it correctable.

Cd330, very cool of him. Why were u in the carpool lane and where did u get cited?
