Hilarious. Even more hilarious because I know it will fail.

Trying to get rid of my style 67's rims and tires. Driver rear rim has dent from curb and popped tire. Every other rim is fine. Let me know if there is any interest. Thanks.

Only pics I have are from the appraisal and I can't post them because it's on a PDF file. Will post some once I'm in. Plan on making a lot of changes so I'll want to capture the before and after. Didn't get any before pics of the house I'm in now and I'm kicking myself for it.

Basically it's twice the size I'm in now, bigger lot, two fireplaces, and most importantly a pool. Although lot a good that'll do me in October.

Nice!

Romeo, question for you. We are breaking our apt lease, because of the new house. We told the landlady in August in hopes that she would be cool about it if we found her a tenant. She seemed cool, but today said the apt doesn't show well (no shite, we're moving so there are boxes everywhere). She was talking all nice and then said we'd have to pay the remainder up front so she could rent out the unit ASAP. Doubling up. Wtf. She said if necessary we'd have to talk to her lawyer. Can she do that? Can we just tell her to F off we're staying? Thx for any advice you can give us

Well if you have a lease, you are responsible for the remainder of the lease period
But if she insists on a payment of all the remaining rent and she wants to try to get a tenant in there, you might as well pay and stay just so she can't double dip
(Although she may be entitled to it legally)
There is nothing wrong with keeping the apartment empty as long as you pay

Best case scenario, ask her if you can sublet the place so someone else will take over
Look in the lease for a sublease provision
But at this point, I doubt she will let you since she thinks she can just get your money and a new tenant

I'd say if shes gonna be like that move out keep the apartment empty and pay as you normally would until the lease is up.
