my rear seats (the top of the back rest) are coming apart at the seams and look a little beat

btw, the rear seats should fit in my 2001 325i fine, right?
but his seat has the ski pass
You have to kick the metal panel out. It's just tack welded in place so it's easy to remove.

if he replaces the seats he won't need to kick anything. if his current seats fold down that is.

price quoted to me is higher than i expected so not going to buy
unless if he is willing to go much lower
i figure i can either have the seats rewrapped or whatever ... or just replace with the whole thing

well i'd buy the 10-22mm used for $500 or less since they do pop up pretty often from people who upgrade to full frame camera
and i totally want that ultra wide angle for the different perspective
but i did buy the 28mm first since it is what i'd use more often
and instead of buying the 10-22mm used for $500 ... i am thinking of buying the sigma 10-20mm for low $400's new

I have yet to hear a Brit say "larf". I've heard "faff" and "chuffed", but I will have to ask Mom Powers to say "larf" for me.

In that case, the Canon is slightly more attractive. I don't have experience with the Sigma, so can't say how that stacks up.

They have a fold-down option as well. But isn't there a brace of some sort on cars that don't have it?

Cars that don't have fold-down have a solid metal panel with a ski-pass option.
Not sure if the fold down seats would fit since I don't have any for a sedan.

So if your car is not optioned with one, you can still have the pass-through but not the fold-down feature?
