I've received two different raises in the past 1.5 years that were close to 15k each, and i've been told it's likely i'll receive a mid year increase this year. it's not common, but it can happen

Given the circumstances, it should......like I said, we'll see. Because of this transition, I have subordinates that came from different LOB's, lets just say some of them make way more than me because of where they come from and the way the business works.... When upper management found out, they said that is unacceptable...... and they have stated they wouldn't lower the others salary....... so that means they need to bring me up above them.
