Yeah, you probably need to scrape off the old junk and put some new thermal paste on.
Did you also clean the intake on the case itself and blow the dust out of the power supply?

I haven't downloaded porn in 6 years. Yea, i cleaned everything really well. There was soo much crap in there when i cleaned it, because i left the computer case open thinking it will be better to keep it cool, but it only attracted more dust.

Mo, just use Peanut Butter, Put a uncooked rice sized piece in the middle and spread it evenly across the bottom of the heat sink. Wash the old stuff off it first best you can.

Oh so you do watch it still, haha. Ok I was confused cause I thought by download you just meant watch/DL it, etc. All that in general.

lol Its actually a valid method, I know it seemed like a joke (And I wanted it too lol) but there are people on forums who have done it and its becoming popular. On xtremesystems.org there were some peeps who did it. Supposedly peanut butter has very good heat dissipating qualities.
Also the "Uncooked rice size" is the universally accepted sizing for how much thermal paste to put on heat sinks, lol That wasnt part of the joke.
