I think its about $350ish plus the intake manifold gasket $50ish. Unless you go the OFHG route. CCV is much more exposed and easier to check other hoses from the intake side.

0174 and 0171 are pretty common lean codes. 0313 is related. Might indicate low fuel pressure.
0491 and 0492 means something's wrong with the SAP. I think you have the vacuum controlled version, right? It's going to be a bit annoying, but you'll have to make sure everything behind the intake manifold is hooked up. If the SAP works, should make sure injection valve isn't clogged. Also, the little check valve (behind/under manifold) fails occasionally.

but looks like most of my issues should be cleared right now with the fixing of hte vacuum lines. There is no specific misfire. the only thing i need to figure out is the lean in both banks. Seems to make sense since i've been on low gas when i've realized it. I guess i gotta keep the gas up. I run the **** to empty all day long. it's so bad for the fuel pump.

I guess i gotta keep it over a quarter tank. hopefully that will solve the issue.
Ah, so those are from before the manifold refresh, eh?
Should clear them and make sure they're gone.
