the double murder in irvine freaked me out a bit ... when they started releasing the names of the victims ...
they started off by saying "recently engaged" ... and i didn't hear the guy's name properly but heard the girl's name .. "monica .."
heart skipped a beat because a monica i know recently got engaged and i know she moved ... wasn't sure if it was to irvine

fortunately it is not the person i know

^^ read the developments and manifesto! he drags on a bit about his mis-treatment in the LAPD and termination. but his plan is chilling, especially seeing what he has already done. I cant even imagine what the girl and her fiance must have been thinking at the time... and now to think about it her father..

craziest sh!t i've read in a while, i'm saddened and disturbed...

and I know you guys like my home depot gardening divider front lip! 3 for $20 bucks if you cut them right! lol

Been really sick of ripping through $50 splitters, so had an idea. I still need to fix this left side you that you see (get it nice and straight). Right side is on point. but you get the idea. Rivets will be black too.

In person its inconspicuous and not too ghetto surprisingly! been getting compliments lol.

If my car was not black I would NOT be trying this lol...

It was just a 20' roll of plastic gardening divider that I hacked up and shaped around the CSL bumper protrusion. Honestly got the idea from a drag civic I saw a picture of. Once I fix it a little it will look pretty damn good for what it is. After going through about $300 in splitters i'm perfectly content with this!

Here is same divider I used, and where I got the idea...

hate on!! lol

after seeing this I had some ideas of what I could do with it. Im still adjusting a bit.

honestly though if your car was any other color It would probably look like complete garbage lol. I do not recommend this

edit: its one continuos piece across

if you smoothed it out and color matched it to the body, it would probably look a lot better

meh... black hardware and ill call it a day for now. If you saw the bumper you'd understand, its not in the greatest condition. + i've had her for 9 years or so, next up is some bushing maintenance.. trying to avoid cosmetic spending.

I am though taking my car to M1 auto for a warranty claim soon so there may be new paint (all around) in that case im getting an Mtech II
