Want to be doing. It's all paid overtime. I usually read, watch a movie or work on reports. You just sit there and protect caltrans. Can't tell you how many drunks have come into those closures

wtf? overtime why? should be newbie job seems to require the least amount of skills. you know to just sit there. no way should someone be getting paid overtime for that.
