going to replace all the pads and rotors and judging by the amount of rust that was keeping the back wheels un the hubs, the rotors wont come off easily.

Which ever costs the least just rotors or pads and rotors as well?? I guess you could keep it all OEM since it's been kept as such.

Genuine pads always, but rotors? meyle's are half that of brembo or oem.
