They are doing some giveaway
A "golden ticket" has been baked into random cupcakes, good for $100 gift cert to get

the subscription is only for the cloud service so you can sync your files across all your devices with the office program automatically. it also gives you some minutes for skype calls i believe. other than that, you still get all the normal features. handling pdf files is not integrated, which is a huge bonus if you use the format a lot.

but yea, it doesn't sound like she needs anything. should have just installed libre office since it's free lol
