Talk him down and make it a parts car. It's worth about a grand in parts but the chassis is probably poop. IF you could snatch it for say 500$ there is money to be made on the car.

meh...been hit it's an early model eta. not really worth it to me considering it needs euro bumpers probably a lot of minor body work and an I head to be fun. That's not even looking at the interior...

youtube ice cream paint job song...yea buddy
it is a paint sample on a curved car like shape.

dont want it for car parts want an autobody project i could turn around.

Definitely not either of those...one is rust ridden for certain, and the other has some bad dings that are probably better off with new fenders not to mention whatever the rear end hit was the bent the bumper may have done subtle frame damage.

You need a mechanically sound car in need of a respray

e38's are so nice just those timing guides

Mine could use a respray definitely.

i wasn't here, i was on my cruise. But some brownies were left in the frig by my brother in law (also on the cruise with us) and they forgot to tell my mother in law what they were. The boys got into them, and told her they were really good (wanted more, got the munchies). She finally inspected them and found out

Even those aren't really deal breakers. The rod bearings and VANOS recall can be done at home.
