I honestly wouldn't mind renting a house for a little while. I know it is going to be difficult getting back into being a homebuyer in OC.

Prices are already going up and inflating.

But it is a necessary inflation given the low slump and underinflated value's the market is getting back to an equilibrium. I think what is going to hurt the market is when rates actually do go back up and home owners who waited too long and are rushing for properties will be scared off due to rates. But then that will cause rents to go up (which that market is already eschewed as far as costs are concerned) and we're at another potential pit fall. By leaps and bounds we as a community deal with the mess of the fiscal world.

Don't splice the pump wires. You'll just pop a fuse, I think.

You need the level sensor wires. Should be a pair of thin wires. Forgot the colors, but I think brown with black stripe should be one.
