Ahhh, I know that sound. It's the engine saying something. Let me see, I am good with engine language ... hmmm, it's saying: "... don't guess, buy a stethoscope !". Hmmm, that's a smartass engine. Maybe you can take the belt off and roll each of the pulleys by hand and see which is the cry baby.

Belt tensioner for sure!!! or the idler pulley. It would be a good idea to replace all 3!!
