Feeler: Can I paint my door interior?

I want to add some contrast to my doors. I currently have biege and I want to have the top half black and the bottom half black.

Has anyone painted those parts of the inside door before?

Bingo.. this is what min and i did. We bought a set of black door panels, took them apart, and then took apart my tan ones. We then put it all back together with my tan leather inserts inside of the black vinyl top and bottom.. It was a headache but came out great

here is min mid process:

My tan/black

Min's grey/black. We used the top/bottom black door panel for mine and the leather insert from the black door panel with his grey top/bottom

To go crazy, we even took another fanatics door panels apart, wrapped the vinyl portion in the carbon fiber fabric, and then reattached another leather insert

Yes, I've done this on many cars. I've had great luck with SEM color coat, but I only have experience using sprayable quarts, not the aerosol cans.
