**ATTN: Florida Fanatics.....Jeremysmith1967 Memorial Drive to 4ngiefest 2009**

As you guys know, last June, we lost a very dear friend to us and a fellow fanatic. Jeremy Smith (jeremysmith1967) was 20 when he passed away in an auto accident. He was a part of our BMW group here in Gainesville known as Leistung, and was a brother to all of us. 4ngiefest began 2 years ago, and Jeremy made the trip with us each time. We all had a blast as you guys have seen in the videos I've shot. This will be our first year making the trip without our good friend.

I'd like to invite all of you to join us in making a safe trip up to Atlanta this year. It would mean the world to both our group and Jeremy's parents (who will most likely be present for the starting point). And I think Jeremy would be pleased to see a giant group of Bimmers cruising up there together.

AJ (beingdevious) is working on getting us decals with Jeremy's name on it, for each of our cars, so please sign up. Here are the details:

WHEN: Friday, April 3rd, 2009
TIME: 3 PM
WHERE: Oaks Mall Southside Parking Lot

I would like for all of us to meet at 3 PM SHARP at the Oaks Mall parking lot (south end). From there, we will meet, chat, making final preps, and I will say a few words. Hopefully Jeremy's parents will be present and everyone can meet them. At around 4 PM, if everyone is ready, we will hit the road and make a safe 320 mile trip to Atlanta.

I HOPE TO SEE YOU GUYS THERE.

NOTE: Leistung members; hotel arrangements will be made for us. Check our website http://www.leistungmotorwerkes.com for that information. For everyone else, I will post where we are staying ASAP...but hotel arrangements will be strictly up to you.

I would love to go as well, but unless i get what ever is broken in my car fixed i dont want to risk the trip

A BMW mechanic heard the noise and was unable to identify it, i guess im going to have to go get a second or third opinion. I really want to go

I'll do my best to attend, I wont know my schedule until a few days in advance, if I see a way of going without missing more than 8 hrs of class- the amount beyond what is passable in a course at Fullsail- I will certainly do it.

Thanks guys. Seems like it's a difficult time for people to gather due to finals, and travel arrangements for Atlanta. But I'd love to see anyone who can make it, come out.

I'm trying to get a group of people from Jax to go up, Gville is a little out of the way maybe we could meet up on I-75 somewhere. I know there is a welcome center on the way into FL on 75 not sure if there is anything on the way out?

Well, I would like everyone to come to this meeting point because his parents will try and make it out. It really isn't that much out of the way. It'd be cool to get a nice big group going together.
