you will need a lot of random tools lol. there is a DIY forum for installation of headers that I had pulled up while I was installing mine but mostly just for the tearing everything down part, put it back together was a breeze. but make sure you have flex head ratchets and definitely make sure you have swivel sockets (11mm swivel socket will be vital in removal of stud bolts that hold in the original manifold to the engine). so just get a set of swivel sockets, flex head wrenches, a variety of socket extensions (3" was most useful but an additional 1"er and 3"er came in handy a lot too).
If i remember when I get home tonight, then yes, i'll look at the baggies that the nuts and bolts came in to give you an exact dimensioning of the nuts and bolts. Good luck tomorrow.

now that all the metal is finally getting broken in and constantly heated and cooled, the headers are actually starting to sound more nice than when first installed. i was surprised at this result but pleased at the same time.
if i ever get the chance to go down a road with not too many cars, i'll try to stop and take a sound clip of them, but i really have a hard time remembering stuff lol. short term memory loss, ftl.

besides sound. How does the car feel now after the install? Can you notice a gain in power?

yeah.
as we all know, the 323 isnt that fast lol, but before the headers i was topping out at 132 roughly by the speedometer, but i took it out for a run after the install and hit 135. so there was def a gain, not major but still there. plus on take off, i can feel a little more pull which is good. but again, not a lot, but still a noticeable amount.
