Just replaced clutch

Ok so I had my indy shop replace my clutch because it was practiclly done but once i got it back I have clutch chatter around 1000rpm-2000 then it goes away wats the deal is there a break in period for it to go away ? or is there something else wrong with it

Its done and over, they didn't tighten the muffler mounts enough so my there was vibration in the muffler which made noise at about 1500-2000 rpm thanks tho guys and no lightweight flywheel just resurfaced
