S54 swap into non-M progress thread

finally got the chance to drop off the car to my shop for the S54 swap. they already got the rear end (LSD, tranny) fitted last month and this week we will pulling the M54 and making room for the new motor.

i will posting progress pics as we go and for now here's some pictures of the engine before taking it to the shop, sorry for the bad quality pics..iphone cam is not so great.

damn you kevin! I wanted to do this swap so bad but bought your charger (o well boost is fun) im most likely picking up mtechnik330ci's 3.46 Kaaz LSD built by diffsonline with a z4 finned diff cover so we should race when the swaps done bro!

P.S. Im so jealous! And stay away from the imola red m3 leather seats on max there mine! hahaha
