BMW Gallery MA, deserved their place in the list. Great service! Purchased my M3 from them, also service the M3 and my wife's X3

BMW of the Permian Basin (now in Midland, Texas) made the list, not surprisingly. In '05 I walked in wearing Dollar General clothes and about a 4 day old beard. The salesman showed me an '03 325i w/28K and spent about 30 minutes explaining controls, general BSing, etc. I drove it home 2 days later. Love it. In '08 I got an '06 X3 w/9K as a loaner while the 3 was being repaired (driver inflicted damage - oops!). Bought it. Lotta fun. Gotta have a backup, you know. Good people all around and good service.

I'm suprised that Rick Hendrick in Charleston made the list. My dad bought a used car (non BMW) from them a while ago and it was great, but I have heard horror stories about the actual BMW part.

LMAO! What a joke! Those guys will steal your mothers retirement if you turned your back. This list is garbage, they sing and dance for your ratings, they even make deals with you IF you promise to give them a 5! LOL

Ralph Schomp BMW in Denver is fantastic. Brand new facility that is INCREDIBLE. Sales, service, all top-notch.
