you clear over the sharpie so it doesn't wash off

also you should do your roof in silver sharpie

can't clear it... didn't prep the clearcoat underneith. It isn't just sharpie marker... its sharpie PAINT marker so it holds up pretty good.


and I thought about doing the roof in contrasting silver but to be honest, my fingers are cramping from that so i'm taking a break

I think you started with a great base color, other BMW colors might not have turned out looking so phenomenal! I say it was definitely worth the effort
