A realtor in my town makes $300k+ per month. a real CEO-10k a day

You can look up "sales" of realtors on zillow.

This one guy in my town sells about $10mil per month of real estate. figuring a 3% commission he is earning about $300k monthly in commissions. jesus christ.

These are all 100-300k houses mostly as well. Not like he is just selling 2 $5mil houses per month. The guy is doing 2-3 closings per day. cot damnn

not too bad for taking a 60 minute real estate license exam.

Most people who earn that much go to school for 20 years.

If all it takes is 60 minutes on a license exam, why aren't you making 300k a month? Perhaps... There's more to it

I know a couple of slick dudes that "got into real estate." Everyone I know that got into real estate (and I know quite a few people) have all failed miserably...some lost a small fortune, some just spend a lot of money and never made a dime. It is a hard game and one hell of a grind.
