Overhead DVD?
Could you fit an overhead DVD in an e46 with a sunroof? Or would the only options for rear seat entertainment be headrest monitors?
thx

Since no one else chimed in I will. I dont believe you can. BUT.. if there is a metal housing that covers the sunroof when its retracted it may be possible. But I dont think so. Because the way the overhead systems are installed requires a piece of wood to be glued to the actual metal roof and then the "pod" can be screwed into the wood. So if there was a way to do it I think the wood would poke out too much and be visible through the head liner. You can buy headrests with the screen installed if you didnt want to mess with your oem ones. If you really wanted to go easy. They make the dvd player screens that attach to your head rests. Easy in easy out.
