Met a guy yesterday in clear lake with TWO Audi R8 V10s; one white, one black. Talked to him for a bit about photography, the 458 vs the new MP4-12C, and that he'll prob be heading to C&C in feb. guy said he has a 458 on order but may go for the Mac instead.

Anyway turns out the guys a pulmonologist. Didn't realize they made that much, but damn am
I goin I start working harder while I'm in Houston for this retreat!

Yeah i know the guy with the White R8 too. i used to go to Clear Lake HS 2 years ago. i saw him alot.

I live in florida but I am in houston till february. I live in the Heights, CB Vert.

My cousin who lives 2 doors down from me owns a Z3.

Where/When is the meet going to be?

I suggest TWIN PEAKS bu 59 and Kirby, but midweek so we have tons of room.

or im down for Treasure Hunting, IYKWIM.

saw two m3s today one convertible on fry and one coupe at steak and shake lol..

Got a ride out to Ferrari of Houston today, and walked around the city as well. Saw a Z4 M Roadster and a Ford GT rolling around in the city, and then there were at least 50-60 cars filling up the back lot and service bays at the Ferrari Dealer. They had a 288 GTO, some race cars, a 512bbi, 4-5 Testarossas, and 2 458 Challenge cars that I could see, but wasn't allowed to get shots of. Here's what I did get photos of though...

im really loving the new lens I gave myself for Xmas. None of these are edited, all straight off the camera.

thanks man. every dealer ive been to (excluding certain staff members at ferrari of dc) have been absolutely nothing but kind, friendly, and easy going about me coming in and taking photos. they simply ask you dont touch or open any of the cars, which is fine with me. lamborghini carolinas and foreign cars italia in greensboro nc know me well enough by now, that if no one else is around, theyll open doors hoods and what have you for me, and sit in some of the cars as well. just dress decently, be nice, and generally dont be an *******, and youre golden. check em out next time you go by, they have an amazing collection.

i was trying to stop by the lambo dealer while im here as well, but it was on the complete opp side of town, and didnt want the person driving to feel like i was taking advantage. Plus, ive already seen 4 aventadors since august, and im sure there will be one at C&C, so not a big deal. posted in the meet thread as well!

Sorry man, didn't actually see this till just now, haha. Didn't get much flooding here in Clear Lake actually, or at least not around the hotel so much. and thanks about my car! Haven't done anything performance-wise, as it's plenty quick already, but I like my darth vader blacked out theme.
