I live on south fry and highland knolls area. And no i don't drive on barker cypress that often. I go to the memorial area or the woodlands mainly

19x8.5 et 22 With 245/35/19
19z9.5 et 45 with 275/30/19
Tires are brand new good years, front and rear
Everything is ready to go for 900
Two of 25mm spacers with bolts for the rear is ready for 100 more

I have a pair of 20mm spacers with bolts too if you want
