Cool |My View of the Cheese Steak Run to Phila|

Hit play for the tunes

Well, haven't had a photo thread in a long while so I think you men & women might enjoy this.

This is the second time I went to Phila in the last week lol, but here we go.

April 11th, 2009 was the day of the "Cheese Steak Run". Its an annual event where an ass-load of modded cars, of all sorts meet to head up to the wonderful city of Philadelphia for cheese steaks. The drive is about an hour and a 1/2 from College Park, MD (location of UMD). In my car, I had RS_Sex (as my homie/navigator lol), the red Honda Fit is our boy Victor (Unfortunately, his J's Racing Lip was ripped off during an incident, but will be back on soon). The white E92 M3 on LMRs is our boy Don & the two-tone Magnum is our boy Joey. It was pouring down rain which made the rally Gumball dangerous but still sick cruising with all those cars & shuffling around the highway with the torrential down pours. Anyways, here is the story of the trip.

The meeting @ both of the IKEAs in MD. First one in College Park & the other far far away in White Marsh. We went to both, photos are mixed in. Any of the motion shots were taken by RS_Sex for I was driving, all the others are taken by me. Busy weekend man!

Victors Fit.

Don's M3.

Seems as if the wack moderator that drives that silver E46 coupe is starting to come out more often, about time. Not the one with the LMs

Alex's M3

Leith's 997tt

SPR HIRO

The Baltimore tunnel...

Mr. Europrojektz CLK aka Freddy himself in his daily

Another dope shot of Victor flying by. T1R sounds dope.

In Phila @ the parking lot under I-95 at the famous Tony Luke's cheese steak joint. Unfortunately, the crew & I didn't eat there but we did chill.

Marks GS, AIMGAIN FTW.

You know it

Joey!!

lol Thanks for blocking my car Joey.

You can see our friend's plate showing, **** NOOB hahaha Eric

Guess who came

*BLAH* at 40 photo maximum. More coming.

Haha, check this

Since we didn't eat, we then rolled to Pats to grab an even better bite to eat.

As the competition watches...

Here is where we decided to call it a night, a crazy one if anything. The Sheraton Four Points located on 12th & Race. Dope rooms.

Great parking, right across from the room in view of the cars.

The Skyline could be seen from the room as well

The Convention Center next to our hotel

RS_Sex chillin' along with shots of the room

Stock lens in the rain FTW

So, unfortunately my friends aka power couple Luke & Sara (Rex & Evo) couldn't make it to the rally, but they did come up after they got off work, so here is day II with them and the drive home.

Whoa thanks for posting all of those sick pics, most of those cars were very impressive. Your drop is soooooo nice but I feel like it would look 10x cleaner if you took some stickers and stuff off, but hey - it adds personality & character. Dope ride man, really
