the wheels is reminding me cycling wheel, that is putting on for some stages Tour the France.
This wheel is overheating brake rotors (Florida!), because there is no heat exchange, that is leading to faster worn out rotors and brake pads.

The rims are horrible, they look like hub caps. Also, the rims are preventing the air from venting the discs.

For most BMW problems start off by reading your codes using a peake research tool. Note, as mentioned by other members, although Autozone checks your codes for free they use a generic OBDII tool that does not have the BMW specific fault codes.
