yeah they are "spinner" rims with the spinning part removed I mean, who does this? who thinks the back side of the spinner wheels (which were meant to be hidden) are good looking?

On a serious note, this is very sade to see how good this guy managed to take this car to such a level of mediocrity.
You would not even dare doing that to a Lada.

So really it deserve the most awful car of the year award.
