HKS Exhaust Installed

So, my car hit 100k miles as you can see:



and it was kind of funny because it was when i pulled into my apartment complex that i took this shot, and the next morning when i left for work i took this one:



But i knew it was coming so i took my car in and had the 100k mile inspection

as it turns out, there was a little more wrong with my car then just the typical as you can see from this bill....





So after all this i felt that my car deserved a gift, one week later after ordering it, a huge box shows up at my door



and inside..... a perfect beauty



The welds on this thing are great i was very impressed







SO it was back to the shop to have it installed:









and the final product





Fitment:This system is great, it went right in with no hassle AT ALL the guys at bullet performance were shocked at how good the fitment was and the mechanic told me "usually youll see me gettin pissed off and throwing a hammer because these things never fit but this is the one im going to start recommending to people"

and some of you may think he was just being nice to me but when i asked how long it would take to install they projected 1 1/2 hours and it only took a half hour.

The Sound: the sound is amazing and exactly what i was looking for. you wouldn't even know i had an exhaust when the car is idling unless you were behind the car and was hearing the subtle deep growl. Cruising on the highway is quiet as stock too.
The low RPM's are when this thing makes it best noise, it sounds great when redlining but the deepest it will go when when taking off in first gear or flooring it between 1500rpms and 2000rpms (i know you wouldnt typically floor it but i was just messing with it)

Looks: everyone at the shop saw it and said "boy thats pretty" and i concur, i was worried about if it was too excessive in terms of the burnt tips but it flows with the car nicely.

The system it self looks sick, the "quietness" is a turn off for me though. HKS products on BMWs FTW though.

Looks and sounds great! Perfect tone imo, I too wouldnt want a loud exhaust on my car.

looks good! wish the tips were a tad bigger but not bad at all. its got a really good sound to it!
