can i change amplifiers ? ? ?
hi guys ,any know if the oem amp is interchangable with another oem amp from a e46.
i have a professional radio with navigation-i want to put a H/K amp in. will it fit ? i mean just plug on ?will there be any modifing ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i know the aerial plug is on the amp. any ideas ? ? ?

HK amp is different than the non-HK amp as it powers a different speaker arrangement. It is unlikely to be swappable, though I have not compared the connectors. In the US all the systems have an amp in the trunk (HK and non-HK), I think in some other markets the head unit is powered in some configurations with no amp in the trunk.
