Why does UUCMotorwerks custmer support SUCK?

Does anyone else have a problem getting through to them? If you try to email them, they tell you not to unless you are international. If you call them, they don't answer. If you try to leave a message, it won't let you because thier mail box is full. They are running things like they are an eBay business.

Christ, all I want to do is buy a couple things. WTF?

LOL. I'm not trying to call them out either. I love what products I have from them. But damn, I'd at least answer the phone for customers.

On that same note. Does anyone know where else to buy "other than OEM" carrier bushings for my carrier arm connected to the shifter for a 2004 325Ci?

Yeah whenever I've ordered from them, they've been great. Try them again today and see.

IIRC, they are moving to another location and this might be what is causing the delays. I cannot say they have the best sway bars around, but I am running their adjustable rear CAs and they've been great so far.

I would order, but thier site says they only make carrier bushings up to 03 I think, and I have an 04. But they offer the bushings in thier shifter kit for the 04... Basically I need clarification

Yeah I've tried the last few days, but I could be jumping to conclusions as usual.

Why should he have to CONSTANTLY call if he wants to buy something??? If they dont anwser after the first few attempts, wait and call again later, or try another day.

Why would you want to buy something and support a company that offers crappy service and you cant even get ahold of? That seems to make no sense at all. Imagine what it is like when you need service or there is a problem with the product? (which from what i've seen lately seems to be pretty often)

What were you looking to purchase OP? Most of the time you can get them from other sponsors that carry UUC products.

I don't like that they don't respond to emails unless you're international, but I've never had a problem when I've called. I got right through to Rob who answered all my questions.

They also have plenty of things to do, to where they can't be by the phone every minute of the day. Cut the guys some slack, they're a small company, but a great company at the same time.

^maybe they should start carrying a phone everywhere they go! That's if they care about their customers! idk, i don't own a business but I think quick service should be atleast #2 on there minds.(#1 being quality of parts).
