BSW problems + no customer service = help please
After 2 days of calling BSW and never getting through, I thought I could post my problems on here and hopefully get a response. Just finished installing the Stage 1 upgrade and am about to move on to the Subwoofer install, and everything has been very easy and straightforward so far except two things:
1. When installing the rear midbass drivers, the speakers didn't seem to fit right. Since the magnet on the BSW speakers are much bigger, there was no clearance between the rear face of the magnet and the bare metal of (the inside of) my rear fender. Therefore, when I put the speaker in, the magnet sticks to the fender and there is a very slight clearance between the speaker mounting holes and the corresponding holes in the body. I am afraid to tighten down the screws at all because it seems like this would put a lot of stress on the speaker baffles. 2. When I first picked up the amplifier that was included in the BSW subwoofer system (Rockford Fosgate Punch P200-2) there was a rattling noise, like something was loose inside...not like something was rolling around, but if I turn it over there is definite movement. I'm assuming thats bad? I haven't taken it out of the plastic yet in case I have to return it, but if I don't get a response soon enough I'm just going to hook it up and test it out.

Ok, figured out the amplifier was not broken, it was just the wire mounting locations that rattled until I tightened them down. Still looking for help on the first problem... anyone?
