Problem with LED tails

So I bought some LED tails but totaly forgot I had the grounding wire bypass trick done that fixed the problem of it getting too hot and melting and causing the dash light to come on. So i was wondering if anyone has had this problem and found a different place to ground it with the LED tails or if i just buy a new plug because the LED tails dont draw as much power and wont cause the ground to melt again like the pervious tail lights?

I need an answer to this question too. I want to install my tails in the next hour or two.
