30 I work at Never Summer a Snow Board, Long Board, & Ski manufacture. I've Been there 8yrs. I do all the side wall, edge an base grinding, on a normal day, but I know every step from start to finish, just incase help is needed in other parts of the factory. It has a few perks, like a free season pass, pro form gear, like boots, bindings, apparel, an custom boards. Always plenty of OT.

I run an electronics shop where we do component-level repair on various industrial controls. I've got a great team of 8 techs, they are always coming up with brilliant ideas. The hands-on aspects of my job are great... the administrative side can be a drag sometimes. Overall I love what I do.

He charges over $100/hr. There isn't a firm in this world that pays senior managers $100/hr... but if he ever makes partner he'll make well north of that figure. I wouldn't hold my breath if I were him.
