TMS Sways..got a few Q's
Anyone have the Turner Motorsport E46 Sway Bar Set? How are they? I was looking into getting these or the H&R Sways, the only difference between the two is TMS costs like $130 less(which means $$ for swaybar end links)...but i dont want to sacrifice quality for being cheap. My only reasoning is that the hr and tms have practically the same size bars, and description. Can anyone help please.

That's because they are the same. Turner ones are just rebranded/repainted H&R swaybars.

sounds like TMS got my vote...but i just dont understand how they have a much lower price than then H&R site...but what ever....im on my way to they highways of sways....as for sway bar endlinks, do i need front and rear, or just front?

You need front and rear to balance the car - in my experience you should go with full stiff setting - but try different settings to find the one the suits you!

OP, I ran stock sway bar links and they worked fine for me. Some lowered cars have problems with the ball joint popping out. So unless you have a slammed car, you should be ok using the stock end links with the TMS bars on both the front and the rear. I used to run full stiff in the front and middle setting in the rear w/ 255/35/18's all around. You need to determine which setting to go with.

well i have bilstein sports on hr race springs so i want to play it safe....i will en up getting the front and rear swaybar links...

I'm having my TMS sways put in next week using stock front and rear links since i have stock suspension on my 330i. its crazy how a Strut Bar really tighten up my front end and I'm hoping these sways really makes a difference
once they are installed are the sways easy to adjust or is it pretty annoying everything u want to change the stiffness |

My car isn't stock but it isn't slam to the ground either. I'm trying to find sways to match up with my KW2s. I need something that is stiff and gives me the control I've been looking for.

H&R and Turner Motorsport bars used to cost the same. But I guess business was doing so well for H&R that they just increased their pricing instead of increasing production numbers.
