It should be good. I have the H&R touring cup kit and added TMS sway bars. Last autocross I noticed a big difference in the handling of my car. It feels a lot more responsive in steering around the tight turns. I actually ended up being overly aggressive with my car on the course because I gained so much more confidence in my car. I ended up having to make myself slow down to lower my lap times

On turner's site they say the sways are "built by H&R to TMS' specs". My theory as to why the TMS bars are cheaper is that its possible Turner worked with H&R on the specifications (since Turner races these cars they would have intimate knowledge of what would work best) in exchange for either a lower cost to resell the bars, or maybe even charges H&R a royalty on each H&R branded bar sold to their specification.
