Audio experts, what sounds better...............
1-12" sub or 2-10" subs?
Looking more for SQ than big bass |

1 high quality 12 will be able to go louder and sound cleaner than 2 10s.

if you are talking about the same exact sub but in different sizes... DEFINITELY 2 10s... will sound far superior as far as cleanliness and will be a bit louder than 1 12...

For overall SQ, go for two 10s. I wanted the same thing for my car and the 2 10's sound amazing. No "gonna make you
" bass from the 10's.

I was in the same boat & had 2 10", but switched from 2 entry level 10" to one IDMAX 12" to save space & get better sound. It was worth it. It depends on what kind of speaker youre gonna get. Like 2 entry level 10" might not perform as well as one 10" W7 or IDMAX 10".
