Csl hyperblack

Ok i have a jet black e46 m3 and want to put a set of csl reps on. I am torn between matte black and hyperblack. Does anybody have any pictures of these wheels on their black e46. Little help please.

The matte black and gunmetal work the best with black in my opinion. The hyper black looks better on silver/gray cars. Check out these pictures for reference:

Gunmetal

Matte Black

IMO, the hyperblack looks waaay better on a black car than the matte black.

+1 I really like the pearl/chrome finish of the hyperblack. Not a black car but gives you another look at the wheels:

i really appreciate the pictures, very helpful. Will be making a purchase sometime this month, just have to shop around a bit. But I am definitely going with the Hyperblack, they look incredible. Now I need to check some prices and shipping costs being that I am in South Carolina and most of the companies that stock them are out west.

Once again thanks for the pictures, and what really did it for me was a thread today called black on black in the m3 forum. Bad ass

Sounds good, drop me a PM if you need pricing information. We ship West Coast-->East Coast regularly so it's not a problem

do not put hyperblack on a black car

hyperblacks have a very slight brownish tint.... so faint that it can't be noticed UNLESS it is on a black car

seriously.... hyperblacks look great on my car (silvergray) but they don't look right on dark colors

I haven't noticed any brownish tint, any pictures to show me what you are referring to because i definitely don't want anything that looks brown.

i think its the perception of being on a black car

maybe its because i saw it on carbon black.... but it didn't look right (in person)

I just took a look at the Hyperblack we have here and having seen these on multiple black cars, I have never seen a brown tint. The only thing I can think of is you saw a dirty wheel

In some photos, the Hyper Black does give off a pearl like finish that can some how simulate a brake dust look.

-Charles@VMRWheels

Clean

Slightly dirty.

I have hyper black on a black sapphire car, cannot notice the brownish tint you're talking about at all. They look great on black cars.

I have a set of these being shipped right now, going on a black coupe.

I hope they don't disappoint!
