My Ride: 2003 BMW 330i
currently in the process... mirror help please!!!

I just got a 6 pin right side mirror in, though it looks like I have a 3 pin, tape connection. Is there a conversion I can do?

nope. You must get the correct pin. That is why they sell you both pin kits.

You'll need to swap out your original mirror motor and harness and install it into the new mirror housing.
