I think I will bond this piece to a piece of plexiglass, then cut it to size. It matches all my other pieces perfectly....

Here is a template for you guys. Just print out the 4 pages on letter sized paper, then tape them together.
Trace it out on a piece of plastic, metal or carbon fiber
Then use a jigsaw and cut it to size

I use a jigsaw to cut both plastic and carbon fiber.

I don't mind making them in plastic for a few people that don't have the tools, CF on the other hand is risky. It fractures easy, the cut then has to be wet sanded and sealed with urethane.
