What are your #'s? (Big three)

Post up your big three numbers.
Be honest and post what you have actually lifted.

Also add your bodyweight, height, goals, age, how many years you've been lifting, body fat %, who you look up to, strongest muscle(s), how often you lift, etc.

  • Goal: Squat 500 lbs.
  • Age: 36
  • Years lifting: (Late 2006) About 8 years
  • Gym frequency: 4 days a week, sometimes 3.
  • Body fat %: 8%
  • Strongest muscle(s): Who knows!?
  • Who I look up to: Nobody famous! ...although I think Elliott Hulse has legit legs, and I seek overall development like his.
  • Barbell bench press: 335 lbs. (currently; it was 360 lbs. this time last year)
  • Deadlift (conventional): 500 lbs.
  • Squat: 405 lbs. (per last 1RM a few weeks ago; hoping for 450 lbs. in 3 weeks time.)
  • Total: 1240 lbs. (...looking for the 1300 club by May)

How often I lift: Depends on my programming. between 5-7
Body fat %: 6%
Strongest muscle(s): glutes, hammies, quads, lats
Who I look up to: not sure to be honest.

BB bench: 425 (hit that at 181 years ago, currently just hit a 395 in comp)
Deadlift (conventional): 725 (raw) 775 (geared)
Squat: 645 (raw)

best total in comp was a 1735 at 198lbs

Currently cutting down to 180-185 then will really work on strength.

yes sir. Thats actually how i started out competing in weight lifting. Did that for about 3 years then got into strongman. I do 2-3 powerlifting meets a year just for fun.
