Offset Question

I am interested in purchasing Breyton Imagine Wheels but I have a question. Will this rim fit on my 2002 325i BMW w/sport suspension. Here is the deminisons of the wheel:
Wheel: 19X9

Offset: 38mm
Backspacing: 6.49"
Bolt Pattern: 5-120

Offset: 44mm
Backspacing: 6.73"
Bolt Pattern: 5-120

I think the 38mm is for the front and 44mm is for the rear.

Thanks
